R.L. Parsons & Son ECI was founded in 1929 as a hardware & implement company by Ralph and Bessie Parsons. It is now owned and managed by their son Sonny Parsons and remains a family company with the founding belief that customers always come first. Our products
We are a proud manufacturer of the patented Micro-Mower and Micro-Grader products. In addition to these great products, we’ve been selling and servicing Bomford (Bomford-Turner) products since 1971.

Our mowers tout a long reach of over 30 feet with the ability to mow on either side of the tractor. You have the option to have it custom mounted to your tractor or pick from a selection that can be fitting on tractors with 35 to 235 horse power.

We offer and extremely large parts departments for all the mowers and products we carry. Exceeding 92% parts fill, we can supply parts with very fast delivery times with most orders shipped the very same day. Custom orders typically ship within 5 to 10 days of order.
